Move With Meaning
There is who you are, which is guided by your character and spirit. What you believe in, which should align with your aspirations and virtues, then what you do in the world which are your talents, skills, interests, habits and routines.
You can not produce meaning as an act of will. The purest way to follow meaning until it truly manifests itself in your life is to use your time to focus on making things better, instead of worse. Notice how I didn’t mention anything about having what you want, because what you want most likely is not what you truly need. Meaning is something that washes over you on its own accord. I struggled to understand this notion for a long time. Having been a firm believe in manifesting destiny, I wrestled with fate at every split. Perhaps my insecurity came out the most from not trusting that I had no control of my outcome. The universe has a funny way of revealing itself and by resisting it’s natural current, you only add stress to yourself.
The universe provides discomfort, in the effort to prompt you to move. It does this in order for you to know yourself, trust yourself, be yourself and especially love yourself. Being gentle on self-criticism and allowing forgiveness for mistakes, while striving to do better then the previous day.
It comes naturally when what you think, say, and do are all in alignment with each other. When every cell in your body to every star in the sky feels in place. You feel this when all the failings of your past, all the struggles of your existence become realized as the necessary and worthwhile atonement of your coming of self.
