Imposter Syndrome

As we all work towards out own unique goals, our insecurities can sometimes get the better of us with many being stressed over the fear of becoming exposed as a fraud along the way. Work with what you have until you can work with what you get to work with what you earn.

You’ve learned so much since you began your journey and there will always be room to grow regardless of how much you think you should know or have accomplished. Recognize the skills, talents and accomplishments you’ve gained throughout your experiences thus far. By knowing what you do and don’t know so far is a clear sign of professionalism because you are willing to acknowledge them and grow from that. What you know shouldn’t be compared to what others know. Be strong, be supportive, and be confident with what you have to offer!
