Covid Casualties

Now more than ever, mental health has become a prevalent issue for many of us. Whether you’ve lost your job, feel isolated working from home or afraid to go outside. Connecting to each other helps us connect to our self. Referred to as ‘loop connecting,’ someone else helps you connect to yourself and your conscious by having your experiences reflected back. Our self is a “second order” experience of being around another person. Chances are if you’re dealing with covid fatigue, someone else you know is too. Reach out and stay connected. ❤️📚
